The Grove Riverside is adjacent to the R40 road between Nelspruit and White River opposite the existing Riverside node which houses the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature, the Riverside Mall and Emnotweni Hotel and Casino, and is being developed as an attractive, safe and secure precinct which aims to achieve a convenient, highly exposed retail destination at below "Mall" rentals.



The Grove Riverside is a joint venture development between HL Halls and Sons, Intaprop, Aka Capital and Mokgatlo Investments is planned and laid out with strong synergies with Phase 1 of the Riverside node and thus will continue to attract a significant cross section of Regional and Local Customers.

The Grove Riverside offers "value retailers" the opportunity to create a showcase for their brands in a co-ordinated manner by allowing retailers to influence the aesthetic to suit their needs. The site has a variety of store configurations we hope will meet the requirements of proposed new tenants.

The site is being developed in two stages, Phase 1 totalling 15 025m² which should be completed at the end of 2007, and Phase 2 totalling 19 175m² which will be completed at a later stage.
